New Retractable awning – Highland Retirement Community

19′ wide x 14′ projection Eastern retractable awning installed at Long Community at Highland retirement community in Lancaster. Remote control operated with a manual over-ride and crank in case of power failure. Also included is a motion detection feature that will close the awning automatically if the wind gusts become to high.
