COVID – 19 Updated 3/18/20
To our valued clients,
Kreider’s Canvas Service, Inc. is closely monitering the dynamic situation of COVID-19 (coronavirus). We are navigating the situation quickly and adapting as new information is available in order to protect the health and safety of our associates, partners and customers while ensuring continuity of our business partnerships. While the situation remains fluid and continues to evolve almost daily, we have taken specific actions with the health and safety of everyone in mind.
Thank you for your understanding as we work together to minimize the impact of this evolving situation on everyone involved.
Please take not of the following changes (subject to change):
- Our office is open but please stay by the front door upon entering and we will communicate with you from there.
- When our install crews stop by your home please stay in the house or if communication is needed please maintain a 6-10’ distance from our teams.
- At this time our estimator is available for in-house appointments. But please no shaking hands and maintain a 6-10’ distance. We will also try to stay outside your home if at all possible. If you would rather not meet with the estimator personally feel free to still have him out to measure and assess your problem areas and communicate via cell phone when he is on-site.
