Cornwall Manor – Walkway Canopy over a set of stairs

Cornwall Manor Retirement Community contracted Kreider’s to cover a set of stairs that their employees use 24/7 to enter and exit their facility from an upper parking lot. Over the winter the stairs have become a hazard with snow and ice quickly forming. The first phase of the project is to cover the stairs with a walkway canopy. Phase two will be to add sidewalls if covering the stairs alone is not enough to block the snow and ice. The structure has been structurally engineered to meet all code requirements.
