Front edge of canopy is custom made to follow contour of deck. Notice how the uprights bend out beyond the front edge of the deck. This extra projection keeps the water runoff from splashing on the railing and gives added coverage.

Patio Canopy - Wall Mount
Canopy mounted to wall with a patented track system that allows for easy removal of canopy and yet provides a solid attachment point. Track is lagged into studding and then caulked to give a watertight seal.

This canopy has a walkthough cutout in the valence to accomodate the steps.

Canopy w/venetian wing
The venetian wing is a great option when the extra protection of a full wing is not needed. A full wing may inhibit walkthrough if the canopy covers only part of the deck.

Canopy w/Truss & Fan Combo
If a canopy projects more than 16'-18' from wall it may need a truss rod to give extra support to roof area. A truss rod provides an excellent area for mounting fans or lights as seen in photo.

Roof Mounted Deck Canopy
A fine example of a roof mounted canopy. Mounting the canopy to the wall under the spouting would have given this canopy an almost flat roof. We like to have at least 1.5"-2" of drop per foot of projection for proper rain runoff.
